1. Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging when applicable.
- Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, personalization, and digital delivery reasons, certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
- Digital downloads and printable products.
- Downloadable tarot and oracle card decks.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can review your request and work toward a resolution.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly.
6. Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital downloads, templates, printable journals, and digital card decks are considered final sale.
